we currently deliver within the united kingdom only. we hope to offer international delivery in the future.

eligible items may be returned for a refund. to begin a return, email us at obiqvari@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery and include your order number.

we'll confirm the return details and provide instructions before you send your item back. once your request has been submitted, please return the item within 14 days.

to be eligible, garments must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. return postage is the customer's responsibility. we recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage.

we do not offer exchanges at this time. if you require a different item, return your eligible item for a refund and place a new order.

once your returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within seven working days.

if your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the issue so that we can advise on the next steps.
